Big news for our kids and community!
We were thrilled to welcome Chris and Spencer from the Black River Education and Wellness Foundation (BREW) to tour our space at Oakwood, check out the progress, and see where our new galley kitchen will be built!
Even better? They dropped off a game-changing $42,000 grant to fund our Oakwood Community Kitchen Initiative!
Access to consistent, nutritious meals is essential for our youth to thrive. This investment allows us to build a safe, fully functional, and code-compliant kitchen that will feed our K-12 students daily and support future community programming at the center.
